About the event
The brain functions best with a balance of MOTOR (movement of the muscles, joints, and fascia) and SENSORY INTERGRATION. Our children, our people, are overstimulated with an excess of sensory stimuli. This excess stimuli can be overwhelming to the nervous system, leaving it in a constant state of flight-fright.
Through integrative motor movements, we can bring calm and balance to the brain, allowing it to function with greater ease.
We will be together for a crash course on ways to touch each other using specific integrative motor movements. These specific motor movements nourish are constantly developing brain-body connection.
